I accept Email Transfer (via e-mail inquiry), Major Credit Cards, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Do you take custom orders?

Due to high demand my customs only open up periodically with limited spots available. I’ll post on my Instagram when I am accepting more custom orders!

I will NOT recreate another artist's work.

Can I wear Indigenous jewelry if I’m not Indigenous?

Yes! Buy our art. Support inspired natives and not native inspired. It is not cultural appropriation if you wear our jewelry. I do ask that you remember who made your jewelry. Remember our names so that you can tell whoever asks about them. I also ask that you make it known that you are not Indigenous when you wear our pieces.

What are your findings made out of? Are they hypoallergenic?

Yes! I always use nickel free, precious metal plated or solid findings. For example, nickel free silver plated or solid copper. My earring posts and fingernail posts are all Stainless Steel – hypoallergenic. If you have a preference, please let me know I can always switch findings out. Gold-filled, gold vermeil or 0.925 Sterling Silver will have a small added charge due to the cost of precious metal findings.

Do you have any vegan friendly options?

I back all my beaded pieces with smoked moose hide. When it comes to fur pieces, all of my fur is authentic animal fur. I do not use faux fur in my pieces for a number of reasons. The quality of faux fur depreciates over time whereas real fur tends to stay in relatively good shape over years and years. It is also a traditional practice and is preferred for that reason as well. I do my best to purchase Ethically Sourced fur, however it is not accessible nor possible for every single fur type. In regard to Caribou Tufted pieces, the fur used is Reindeer Fur or Moose Fur. It is called Caribou Fur Tufting because Caribou was readily available at the time of their inception. It is no longer legal to hunt Caribou as they are an endangered species and therefore must be protected.

Earring Care

I do not recommend wearing make-up on your neck when you are wearing any fur or smoked hide earrings. Remember that these are animal skins and thus are very porous and can mold.  These materials can become oily or matted from the oils on your skin. Hides cannot be washed and thus must be taken care of. Store away from sunlight, in a cool and dry place. When travelling it is best to stow your pieces in a clean Ziploc bag or Tupperware box.

If you ever need to wash your fur earrings, please try not to wet the center of the poms.

Tails can be washed all the way to the center of the earrings without causing any damage, however lay flat and ensure that the center is dry as these are animal skins as well. I recommend any oil free shampoo or dawn dish soap.

Policy on repairs/lost pieces?

This is offered on a case-by-case basis. If there is damage like loose threads on the edging, I will be happy to fix it at no charge. I have recently switched to edging only with Fireline, whereas I used to edge with nylon thread. So, this should lessen those kinds of damages however there are a lot of pieces out there that may eventually need to be re-edged. The client will cover the cost to ship it to me and I will ship it back with regular shipping. If you want tracked shipping, then you will cover the full amount which will be anywhere from $15-20 CAD.

A lot of my fur pieces can be fixed through trouble shooting and I can do my best to walk you step by step to fix a damaged earring.

Policy on lost or damaged orders?

All of my packages are sent as Expedited Parcels or via Xpresspost to avoid this scenario but it still happens now and then. If a piece has not arrived to you within 30 days of shipping, please get in touch with me either through Instagram or via email and we will find a solution. My top priority is to make sure you are taken care of! If your order has arrived damaged due to rough handling, please get in touch. My courier will need photos of the damage in order for a ticket to be processed fully.

Shipping Info

I offer flat rate tracked shipping majority of the time because letter mail is risky and a lot less safe. I am NOT responsible for lost/damaged items and the buyer accepts those responsibilities.

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address. If a pair is returned to me for whatever reason, the buyer is responsible for re-shipping costs as well as the cost to pick up a returned parcel. In all, you will pay 2X the original cost to ship OR you can opt for a full refund.
